what is qi [chee]?Qi is one of main building blocks of Chinese medicine and can be translated as vital energy, life force, or prana in different traditions. Qi flows through a meridian system that spans throughout the entire body and supports all aspects and functions of health. Pain and disease occur when the system is not flowing freely or is out of balance.

what if i don't like needles?No needles you say?!?!? No problem. Chinese Medicine is painted with a broad brush, and involves plenty of modalities that are based on the same theory as acupuncture. We'll go over all of your questions and concerns during our initial appointment.

do you take insurance?Yes! Fortunately, insurance companies are increasingly offering coverage for acupuncture and Chinese Medical services. I am now accepting most major insurances, although coverage varies by plan. Please feel free to contact me with your information and I can check possible acupuncture coverage for you. I accept all major credit cards and cash. I also offer packages that offer a discounted rate for select services. Payment is expected at the time of service.
