what is chinese medicine?
Chinese medicine is an ancient practice that addresses the whole body as an energetic system in constant movement. In its simplest form, everything in the universe, including the human body, is an interactive balance of yin + yang. Yin being the physical form and yang being the energy that animates it.
what is qi [chee]?
Qi is one of main building blocks of Chinese medicine and can be translated as vital energy, life force, or prana in different traditions. Qi flows through a meridian system that spans throughout the entire body and supports all aspects and functions of health.
Pain and disease occur when the system is not flowing freely or is out of balance.
